Document Management

The Document Management module in Bimser Synergy CSP is used for efficiently managing, storing, and sharing documents across the platform. It enables users to upload documents, organize them in folders, assign permissions, and track changes to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient document workflows. Workflow Management

The Workflow Management module is designed to define, execute, and track business processes within the Synergy platform. This module enables users to initiate workflows, complete assigned tasks, and monitor process progress. Authorized users can efficiently manage business workflows and approval processes. Announcements

The Announcements module enables organizations to share informative messages, alerts, or updates with users directly within the Synergy platform. It is designed to ensure that important announcements—such as policy changes, maintenance notifications, reminders, or internal news—reach the right audience efficiently. Announcements can be displayed as pop-ups at login, filtered by target roles (e.g., departments, positions, user groups), and optionally sent via email. Authorized users can create, edit, delete, and manage announcements, while ensuring visibility is time-bound or permanent as needed. See Announcements documentation for more details.

Management Tools
